Love at First Sight vyšla v červnu 2002 jako druhý singl z alba Fever. Skladba byla dokonce nominována na cenu Grammy za nejlepší taneční píseň. Zajímavostí je, že se nejedná o stejnou píseň, která vyšla pod stejným názvem na albu Kylie v roce 1988. William Baker – stylista, režisér a návrhář uvedl, že všechny videklipy k písním k albu Fever byly inspirovány sci-fi filmy, zvláště pak Stanleym Kubrickem.
